Personal data, i.e. data which refer to you as a person (such as name, address, e-mail address and user behaviour) is only collected within the technically required scope on this website. We never sell the collected data.

Personal data is only collected through the contact form.

We use any data you provide to us via contact form or e-mail only to respond to your query and/or to process the contracts requested by you that you conclude with us, possibly also for the technical administration.

We usually do not transfer your personal data to third parties, unless absolutely necessary for performing the contract and/or invoicing. You may withdraw your previously issued consent at any time.

We delete the personal data we have stored immediately upon receiving your withdrawal of consent or if the storage of this data is impermissible for other legal reasons.

If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data that were require for technical reasons so as to display the website to you and ensure its stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR):

Paul Groth Mühlenbau cannot allocate any of this data to a specific person. This data is not compiled with any other data sources.

6. Web statistics

Our website uses Webalizer, free GPL software for the statistical analysis of visitor access to improve our content. Webalizer uses the temporarily stored log data for the anonymised analysis of the number of hits per month on the individual pages of our website. The information on the use of our website that has been thus created is stored on our server. Collected information is not compiled with personal data nor transferred to third parties. It serves to improve relevant contents on our website.

Webalizer exclusively processes the IP address in anonymised form (IP address is abbreviated by the last eight digits).

7. Use of cookies on our website

In addition to the above-stated data, cookies are stored on your computer when you visit our website.

These are small files created automatically by your browser that are stored on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our website. Cookies do not damage your device and do not contain any viruses, Trojans or other malware.
